Privacy Policy
Homicidy is a browser game made by TheQuackory ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you play it. In short: the game doesn't ask for personal information, doesn't use accounts, ads or analytics, and keeps your progress on your own device.
1. Information we collect
We don't collect personal information through the game. Homicidy has no accounts, sign-ups, payments, advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
2. Information stored on your device
To remember your progress, the game saves a small amount of game data in your browser's local storage: cash, level and experience, upgrades, best times and ratings, badges, settings, and which tips you've already seen. This data stays in your browser on your device. It isn't sent to us, and we can't see it.
You can delete it at any time with Settings → Reset progress, or by clearing your browser's site data.
3. Hosting
The game's typefaces ship inside the game, so it doesn't contact any font, ad or analytics service. Replit, which hosts this copy of the game, may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, under its own privacy policy. We don't receive personal information from it.
4. Sound, vibration and device features
Sound plays only after you tap or click. On phones that support it, the game can use short vibrations as feedback, which you can turn off in Settings. The game doesn't access your camera, microphone, contacts, location or files.
5. Children
Homicidy is a cartoon crime scene cleaning game with stylized blood and dark humor, intended for players 13 and older. It isn't directed at children under 13, and it doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
6. Your rights
Because we don't collect or hold personal information through the game, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on your behalf. Your saved progress stays under your control on your device. If you have a question about your privacy, or a request under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, contact us and we'll help.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change how the game handles information, we'll update this policy and the effective date above.
